Business attorney Todd Jensen has more than 17 years of business law experience, as well as real world management, finance, and small business consulting experience spanning tax, employment, and contract law, credit repair, business transactions, dispute resolution, and business litigation. He holds a finance and accounting degree, an MBA, as well as a Juris Doctorate. He previously served as CFO and general counsel for a large holding company with multiple subsidiary businesses in real estate, property development, and construction.

Family law attorney Douglas D. Adair has practiced law in the State of Utah for more than twelve years. He was named by Utah Business Magazine as one of the Elite Lawyers in Family Law in 2004. Mr. Adair obtained his Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Utah College of Law in 1993. He is a member of several professional organizations, including Utah Collaborative Family Lawyers, the Family Law Section of the Utah State Bar, and the American Inns of Court. He is also a private guardian ad litem in the State of Utah, representing the needs of children before Utah courts. Mr. Adair offers clients support with the full range of family law issues, including divorce, child custody, and child and spousal support.

Estate planning attorney Walter Bornemeier has more than 35 years of legal experience helping individuals and families ensure the stability and financial security of their family members through estate planning. He truly enjoys helping people "solve end of life problems now." He is a member of the Salt Lake Estate Planning Council and the Estate Planning and Probate Section of the Utah State Bar. Mr. Bornemeier lectures extensively in public venues and at private invitation forums on topics related to asset protection planning. Mr. Bornemeier also helps families develop estate plans that avoid the pitfalls associated with second marriages and divorce.
